Mayor and Board These cases will require approval by the Board of Aldermen in accordance with the Land Management Code. These cases have had recommendations from the Planning Commission and other commission to help the Board of Aldermen in formulating their decision. These cases are typically annexations, rezonings, and master plans. |

Historic Preservation These cases are being reviewed in accordance with Section 423 of the Land Management Code. These cases typically are dealing with exterior renovations to buildings, demolition and new construction that are located within our Historic Preservation Overlay zones. | |
Zoning Board of Appeals These cases are being reviewed in accordance with Section 312 of the Land Management Code. These cases are typically dealing with variances, special conditions and home occupations as permitted in the Land Management Code. |
